Kırıkkale University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Anatomy started its activities in 2008 with Prof. Dr. Zuhal Kazak Sahin. With the decision of the General Assembly of Higher Education dated 10.06.2010, upon changing the academic structure of the Faculty of Dentistry, the name of the department was arranged as Basic Medical Sciences.
